Problem Note 59822: An error is generated and the SAS® Decision Services server is not displayed when you run SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager in UNIX environments

When you run SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager 6.3 (SAS Decision Services 6.3)in UNIX operating environments, you might encounter the following error message in the SAS Environment Manager agent.log file (located in the SAS-configuration-directory/LevN/SASEnvironmentManager/Web/SAS/agent-5.x.0-EE/log/ directory):
Also, even though the SAS Decision Services 6.3 plug-in is listed by the SAS® Environment Manager Plug-In Manager utility, the SAS Decision Services server (for example, machine.name tc Runtime SASServer7_1) is not displayed on the SAS Decision Services Resources server page.
The problem occurs because the SAS Decision Services 6.3 plug-in uses a Hyperic Process Table Query Language (PTQL) sigar command (which is not compatible with UNIX systems) in an attempt to locate the SAS Decision Services server (SASServer7).
